Taking a break from the travelogue to share with you some pictures from last weekend's Girl Scouts Father-Daughter dance. The theme, Mardi Gras, wasn't as cute as last year's sock hop...but since the American Club already had the decorations up and the Girl Scouts could use them for free, there wasn't much debate on alternatives! Plus, it gave us a fun activity for our Daisy Scout meeting - making masks.
Instead of wearing some crazy green, purple and gold number to the dance, Lydia wore a fancy party dress...and took along one of her masks.
Just like last year, a great time was had by all!
